Banana-coconut cake

Biscuits or english cakes are the simplest. You just mix all the ingredients, pour into a form or a pyrex and put in your oven. I will share 3 recipes: Banana-coconut, Nuts-tahini and apple cake. So let's look at the first:

Ingredients:

- 1-2 spoon of cake flour

- 2 eggs

- 1 spoon of coconut oil

- 2 bananas

- 1 cup of ground coconut

- 1 cup of raisins

Mix them well and pour into your pyrex (recommend using baking paper). Put in the oven for 30 minutes, on 140 degrees. These cakes best, and easier to cut when cooled. Enjoy!
