Apple cake

Ingredients:

- 1-2 spoon of cake flour

- 2 eggs

- 1 spoon of coconut oil

- 2 mashed apples

- 1 cup of raisins

Mix the ingredients well and pour it into your pyrex (recommend using baking paper). Put it in the oven for 30 minutes on 140 degrees. These cakes best, and easier to cut when cooled down, even better when they're cold (after a few hours in the fridge)! The apple cake is extremely gentle and wet for an english cake, but it's the way it should be! Enjoy!
